Madelin’s entrepreneurial journey began in the 1980s in the Miami business community, where she founded and led a global manufacturing business specializing in custom-made American lamps and accessories. After more than 15 successful years, she transitioned into real estate in 2000, quickly becoming a top-producing agent. She earned awards such as Top Producer and Multi-Million Dollar Producer with Coldwell Banker, President’s Circle of Realtors (2002–2007), Top Buyer’s Agent (2008–2011), and Top Listing Agent in 2012. She worked at Miami New Realty as a multifamily advisor from (2013-2022).

Over the past 20+ years, Madelin has participated in over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including sales and negotiations with hedge funds, top zoning firms, and leading banks. She has represented nearly every major property type - from shopping centers and multifamily assets to vacant land - and played a key role in development deals. She holds specialized training from Coldwell Banker’s Commercial Real Estate Course and CCIM 101 in Financial Analysis. She also studied medicine at Habana University.
