Madelin’s journey in the Miami business community began in the 1980s. She first became the founder, CEO, and lead designer of a highly successful, worldwide custom-made American lamps and accessories manufacturing business, which she led for over 15 years.
In 2000, she transitioned into the real estate industry as a Realtor and entrepreneur. Building on her reputation for high-quality service, Madelin received numerous accolades, including the Top Producer and Multi-Million Dollar Producer Awards with the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle of Realtors Worldwide (2002–2007), top Buyer’s Agent at Realty World (2008–2011), and Top Listing Agent in 2012.
Over the years, Madelin has been a consistent top-producing real estate agent for both buyers and sellers. She is known for developing strong personal relationships with her clients, grounded in transparency and honesty—a commitment she upholds to this day.
Madelin has also been an integral part of several Commercial Real Estate Sales Divisions, representing over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
For over 20 years, Madelin has negotiated with top hedge funds, leading zoning firms, and major banking institutions. She has successfully sold nearly every major property type in commercial real estate, including shopping centers, multifamily properties, and vacant land, and has actively participated in real estate development projects.
Madelin holds specialized expertise through her completion of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Course (2005) and CCIM 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate (2005).
